We are excited to be able to offer you online training events with eSignal University. This new web-based, multi-media training tool allows us to demonstrate eSignal "live" over the Internet. You simply log into the designated website, sit back and relax, and watch and listen. We'll do all the work. Periodically, you'll get a chance to ask questions and directly interact with the eSignal trainers.
To find a list of upcoming classes, go to http://esignaltraining.webex.com. You can also view a list of topics covered in each class by clicking on the title of that class. Please note that all times are in Pacific Time. Currently, all eSignal online events are provided for free. Please note that some events require or have an optional teleconference phone number that can be dialed to listen into the audio. This is not a toll-free number and may have long distance fees associated with it.
To sign up for an online class, simply enroll in it by clicking on the Enroll button next to the event listed on http://esignaltraining.webex.com. Once you have enrolled, you will receive your enrollment email message with all the details you'll need to join the class. Be sure to keep this message because it contains the password and ID you'll need to join the event. If you do not receive the email message within 15 minutes of enrolling, check to make sure your ISP allows you to receive messages from the domain, "mail.esignal.com".
To log in to an online class, follow these steps:
- Locate your enrollment email message, and click the link
included in it.
- Click on the Join button for this class.*
- When prompted, enter the enrollment information and password specified in the enrollment email message.
*Please note that you will only be able to see the Join button within 15 minutes of the class start time and up until the class has ended.
To find a recording of a class, go to http://www.esignalcentral.com/university/default.asp and click on Recorded Events on the right side. On the screen that appears, you’ll see a list of current recordings. To see a synopsis of the event, click on the name of the event. To watch the recording, click on the View or View Recording button.
