Tutorials

With more than 15 pre-recorded video tutorials, this area of our site is one of our most valuable resources for new clients. Many of the major features are covered, and you can watch each tutorial at your own pace. Some of them can be played using Adobe's interactive Flash technology, or, if you prefer, they can all be downloaded directly to your desktop in a Windows Media format. We recommend using Windows Media Player 10 for viewing the downloaded versions.

Orientation

This great site has a compact view of the essentials. It is designed to be a resource for the future, as well as an introduction for the new eSignal client. The new user orientation page is a text-based site with a few diagrams to clarify key points for those who enjoy this style of learning.

KnowlegeBase

The KnowledgeBase is the ultimate resource for anything and everything eSignal-related. The "KB", as it's known, contains numerous articles on pretty much everything that is in the product. If we are notified about something important that is not contained in an article, we try to include it in a logical place, so you will be able to find it.

Not only is this a depository of information, but it is also a searchable database that uses a refined search engine to dig down into what you need to find. We are literally writing new articles each day and reviewing older articles to keep the information as fresh as possible.

eSignal Forums

You can register for free and talk with other eSignal users. You can find information on the eSignal Forum bulletin boards covering subjects such as trading methodologies, eSignal usage, custom indicator development, data inquiries, eSignal network status, alerts and much more.
