The KnowledgeBase is located on the Support page within the eSignal application.

Several of the key strengths of this KnowledgeBase system include:

• Enhanced search capabilities
• “Hot Topics” -- a list showing the most commonly used articles, a listing of the most recent articles added and a menu tree expandable to display sub-categories
• Within an article, a print icon, a quick email link, a bookmark for future reference, a download-to-disc feature and a way to subscribe to receive an email message each time we update an article
• The ability to give us feedback on each article, so we can improve the quality and quantity of the information on the site

New Webinar Technology and Two New Online Classes
In the early part of 2005, eSignal University began using a new technology, Macromedia Breeze®, for hosting its live, online seminars. Breeze has an enhanced interface built purely on Flash® that enables attendees to have a smoother experience. The overall quality of the audio and application sharing has also been improved dramatically, which supports our ability to provide quality training.

eSignal Forums and File Share: How to Share Your Ideas
This class illustrates how to save images directly from eSignal, upload them to File Share and share them with other traders. There is a formal introduction to the various components of this process, such as working with the eSignal Forums and eSignal File Share. We also discuss posting to the forums and using descriptive code to communicate your thoughts to other traders. If you are part of a trading group, this is a class you don't want to miss!

eSignal New User Training, Session III
This third class builds on the other two classes by discussing advanced topics, such as using Time Templates and Style Templates to better control the data displayed in the Advanced Chart, Market Depth and other newer window types. One other major topic discussed is the basics of eSignal Formula Script (EFS). We review the foundation of this programming language, how to find formulas and apply them to your charts and where to find the resources to learn even more about this very powerful feature.
