Q: How much do these online classes
cost?
A: At this time,
all eSignal online events are provided for free. Please
note that some events require or have an optional
teleconference phone number that can be dialed to
listen into the audio. This number is not a toll-free
number, and may incur long distance fees.
Q: How can I download an online
class to my computer?
A: eSignal classes
are viewed through a streaming download process, and
are unavailable to download directly, however there
is a work-around for this.
1. Go to http://esignaltraining.webex.com,
and click on Recorded Events
2. Click on the View button next to the recording
you wish to download.
3. Fill out the form that pops up, and click Submit.
4. The video will begin to play by first pulling up
a "Playback in Progress" window, and then
the movie itself. Stop the playback of the movie,
but keep WebEx Player open (in order to keep the "Playback
in Progress" window open.)
5. Find the "Playback in Progress" window,
and right click in the main body of that window. Click
View Source (this will open the HTML code for that
window.)
6. Use Ctrl + F to open the Find Window, and search
for ".wrf". The result of the search should
find the URL for the recording that was playing back.
7. Copy that entire URL into a browser and the download
of that file should occur.
